Yesterday’s mail brought not just one surprise, but two:

First was a book, by friend and fellow writer Catherine Schaff-Stump:

Second, in the same packaging, were two coins. The boys loved these:

We’ll see how long it takes for them to lose ’em (sorry, Catherine!).

Meanwhile, I’m checking this book out and see that it not only has fun young protagonists, some Greek mythology (right there on the cover), and PRO WRESTLING! Whoa! Sounds like a win-win situation to me.

We’ll see if Drew is down for me reading him a chapter out loud at night.
