Kait Grayson just wanted to finish the map she’d started carving into the wall of her spare room. She didn’t really know why she she felt compelled to get up in the middle of the night to do this, but she needed to get it done, and soon.

Turns out her ex Jeremy and some strange, intense dude he bumped into in a bar had other ideas…

And so started our webcomic IN MAPS & LEGENDS, back in November (seems like an eternity ago!). Screen 1 to 8, to be exact.

At last, we — Niki Smith and Michael Jasper — are very excited to share What Happens Next. The story picks up again in mid-May with screen 9, and continues with weekly updates after that.

Those new pages include some side trips through time with a new character or three, a heated discussion in a small apartment’s living room, various annoying little ankle-biting creatures, and a journey or two to someplace… other.

Along the way, you’ll get to meet some new and intriguing people along the way — some of them good, some a bit crooked:

We hope you’ll come along for the ride in the new screens of IN MAPS & LEGENDS. You’ll get to see these sketches and characters all fleshed out and in glorious color. We promise a truly grand and rocking adventure for you.
