So far so good — I’m sticking to my self-assigned task of not blogging or even tweeting (why do those two words sounds so… stupid?) until I got my work done. In this case, it was finishing up the revisions to chapter one of my novel. I polished that sucker up, and shouldn’t have to look at that chapter again for a while. Sweet.

And then I kind of kept going and wrote a bunch of new words for chapter two. And man, it was fun. I had to force myself to stop, because I had day-job stuff to do (this was over my lunch break). The opening scene for chapter two just started falling into place. So much fun.

I’m hoping to get some more writing in tomorrow morning, before the day revs up (and we have to hit the putt-putt greens!). I can’t wait.
