No progress for day three, which is no surprise, as it was the weekend, and I spent most of my usual writing time sleeping in. Call me lazy. But I did manage to jot down some ideas late in the day, after the kiddoes were in bed and before my wife got home from her dance class, so the day was not a complete wash (hey, I was doing laundry, so the description fits!)

What did I learn today? Sometimes you have to get away from the computer! Having a notebook or just a printout of your current chapter can help keep things rolling, idea-wise. And there’s something to be said for scribbling all over your manuscript, with a pen.
