Sometimes it’s not about the words, but the STORY

I think I banged out a rough draft of my novel revision today. Yeah, I did. It all just sort of came together, there at the end. I love it when that happens. Suh-weet!

I printed out the whole book today, and I’ll be reading it fast, hopefully all of it this weekend, and marking up the printout with notes. I know a bunch of places where it needs work, and I have a couple things I want to check as I re-read it.

But most of all, I just want to read the book like a reader and take notes on places where I go “What?” “Why?” and “Wha’ Happen?” I wanna make sure the story makes sense, now that I got all the words in place.

I didn’t hit my actual word count goal, but I will, soon, I think. If not, close enough! I’ll probably add more details and dialogue to get it up to the total, anyhoo.
A Sudden Outbreak of Magic status
